DUE TO DELICACY OF FINE JEWELRY ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CUSTUM, PERSONLAIZED, SPECIALTY SIZES, OR WORN JEWELRY

Please note, all jewelry is quality checked multiple times before leaving our office. JESS ELYSE JEWELRY, LLC offers a complimentary 30-day limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases within the US. If you believe that there is a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 30 days of purchase receipt. If your piece is deemed by our jewelers as having a manufacturer's defect, such as loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing diamond stones, broken clasps and/or broken chains due to the manufacturer, JEJ will replace or repair your jewelry at no cost to you. If your piece is available for exchange, JEJ will provide an insured label for your package. The package must be dropped off at a FedEx location.

All SPECIAL ORDERS/PERSONALIZED items are final sale and will not be refunded or exchanged once an order has been placed.

For your return to be approved, you must adhere to our conditions and receive prior approval from JE Fine Jewelry. All jewelry must be returned in branded JE Jewelry packaging, along with all tags attached and unaltered. The item must be in brand new, unworn condition. All of our JE Fine Jewelry pieces come with a merchandise tag and the merchandise tag must be attached and unaltered in any way. We are not responsible for return shipping charges or lost packages and the original shipping charges are non refundable. For your return to be approved, you must adhere to our conditions and receive prior approval from JE Fine Jewelry. If you would like to see if your piece is exchangeable, please contact us.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO KNOW:
Bangles and Eternity Rings Diamonds or Gemstones cannot be resized
Most of the rings can't be resized more than half of size.
Cuff bangles can't be altered or bent, because diamonds will fall out and we are not responsible if you alter the oval shape it has.
Jewelry can be repaired for a fee depending on the issue (must be Jess Elyse Jewelry pieces only)
Natural Gemstones stones can vary in their appearance and size
Full Pave band rings are not resizable

Repairs
For alterations or repairs to your JE Jewelry, please contact us. The customer is responsible for the cost of the repair or alteration as well as the shipping. Jewelry with extreme wear, damage, or work from an outside jeweler will not be accepted by our repair department.
