Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

In stock items will ship in 5-7 business days after purchase.

 

Made to order and out of stock items will ship within 8-10 weeks (Business Days) unless otherwise specified under the individual product. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

 

We are not liable for lost shipments when tracking indicates that it has been delivered. Jess Elyse Jewelry is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issues within the shipping company. Packages will not be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

As of April 1st, 2024, we are offering free shipping on orders over $500. Orders below $500 incur a flat fee of $25 for Ground Shipping. Expedited shipping is an option at extra cost. All orders require direct signatures. Packages will not be delivered to P.O. Boxes.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Once you receive your tracking information, please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@jesselysejewelry.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges.

Please note, all jewelry is quality checked multiple times before leaving our office. JESS ELYSE JEWELRY, LLC offers a complimentary 30-day limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases within the US. If you believe that there is a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 30 days of purchase receipt. If your piece is deemed by our jewelers as having a manufacturer's defect, such as loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing diamond stones, broken clasps and/or broken chains due to the manufacturer, JEJ will replace or repair your jewelry at no cost to you. If your piece is available for exchange, JEJ will provide an insured label for your package. The package must be dropped off at a FedEx location. 


If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@jesselysejewelry.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

PRODUCTION TIME

Q: How long will it take to receive my package?

A: The processing time for each product is detailed at the bottom of its description. Once shipped, expect delivery within 3-5 business days. Note that multiple items are batched together unless specified otherwise. You can request separate shipments by emailing info@jesselysejewelry.com with the subject “Separate Shipment.”
